Question by allou: Caffiene addiction?
I am a rather new coffee drinker. I have noticed that when I drink it, I do feel much happier and energetic and from what I’ve been reading – those are general “symptoms” . I only drink like a glass a day or maybe an espresso. Will I become chemically addicted to it even so? How much consumption brings about actual addiction? thanks
