Bournival pleads guilty to violating protective order
PORTSMOUTH — Local auto dealer Richard “Dick” Bournival was handed a suspended jail sentence and fine Wednesday after negotiating a plea deal on charges alleging he violated a domestic violence-related protective order on several occasions.
