A BLIND man was attacked in the street after bumping into his someone with his shopping bags. A trial heard how Joseph Kilner – who is blind in one eye, has 25 per cent vision in the other and suffers with heart trouble – had his angina spray kicked out of his hand by Dean Richard Sykes, 28.
