Okay, I got a BJ2 for Christmas this year I’ve never dropped it or abused it in anyway. All of a sudden my phone just starts to say Emergency Service or Searching… all the time. I may get service (AT&T) from time to time but it only last for about 15 min. and it won’t let me text or call anybody other than 911. I’ve had this problem for about 5 days now (hoping it would go away) however it doesn’t stop. I’ve asked AT&T for help, they say its the service in my area; however, my brother has a BJ2 as well and he gets service all the time, even when he stands right next to me. I thought it was my SIM card so i got a new one and the problem persists. I’ve tried changing to 3G only and GSM network only but I still have the same problem. Please help

I say switch the phone for a new one. They should give you a newer phone since you haven’t caused anything to do that.
