Question by Nameless: Big,semi-serious question about illegal drugs?
I’m writing a novel, and this guy kidnaps this girl, beats her up and drugs her to the point where she’s in the hospital. The drugs are pretty much illegal. OH! My God, I’m stupid. The drugs are the ones that are injected into the body. Like heroin, and such. I don’t remember what they’re called.

My question is, how many shots would one need to be in the hospital for overdose, and which drug would be the best to have her “overdose” on? She won’t be feeling too hot in the hospital, either. If it’s possible, she might feel a little sick. Are there any drugs that can do that? If so, what? If not, are there any drugs that are close to that ability?

the popular drugs that are taken INTRAVENOUSLY are: heroin, crank (meth), cocaine, and the new bath salts. the best one for your story would be what they call “speedballs” which is a mix of cocaine and heroin in one needle. quite popular with the junkies.
