I have been feeling tired and sluggish, having allergy problems, as well as skin breakouts so I am going to try to detox and get a colon cleanser. after two semesters of caffeine, fast food, no sleep, work and school, I think it would be a spectacular idea. I plan to do a raw food diet but am not sure what to do about the colon cleanser (what brands, foods, ways to do it, etc.). any kind of expertise would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t, it would be a total waste of time and you’re bound to get scammed by some fake product.

Change your diet (permanently), exercise more, cut back on the junk and you’ll feel a heck of a lot better. Even if only that you didn’t get suckered by some hoax ‘cleanse’.
