Hatboro Loitering and prowling … On Nov. 6 at 1:13 a.m., Bryan J. Dubeck, 19, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with loitering and prowling at night time, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a marijuana and criminal trespass after officers investigated a report of a suspicious person walking in rear yards of homes in the 40 block of South New Street, police said.
