asthma help please…………?

my asthma is always keeping me up at night, during the day it usually isnt much of a problem, although i find my self very short of breath after just a little exercise. im 17 about 6 feet tall, and i way about 175. i was diagnosed with asthma about 1 1/2 years ago. i use advair twice a day and i take singular and clariten every day. my peak flow should be around like 600 and its only at 450-500. im very allergic to dust mites so i dust my room regularly and i have those special pillow cases. my doctor told me to use a neti pot regularly and i do. and my advair dose is the 250/50 my doctor and pulmonologist says i dont need to go up dose, and when i use my fast acting inhaler it doesnt bring me very much relief. also my symptoms are never coughing or wheezing, and not really that much tightness, i just cant get a full breath at night, or when im laying on my back.

try laying on your side it helps me a little
