Cincinnati police have charged an 18-year-old Avondale man with murder in the shooting death of Serigne Bamba Diokhane, a 25-year-old man who was killed in Avondale.

Ashland man charged with trafficking
ASHLAND — An Ashland man was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree earlier this week and transported to the Boyd County Detention Center, according to a news release from the Boyd County Sheriff’s Department.
