Question by Molly K: Are these normal effects of Adderall XR?!?
I am 16 years old, and I took Adderall XR for ADD, as prescribed by a doctor, for two days.

Although it has been two days since I last ingested any of this drug,
I have experienced dreadful side effects including hallucinations, blurred vision, and worst
of all, a perpetual crash. I feel as though this drug has stolen my head as well as my emotional center.
I shift between dopamine-charged nothingness and depressive-speed-crash nothingness.

I am so scared.

I heard that this drug was taken off shelves in Canada, after a link was found between it and
20 sudden deaths and some strokes as well… some of which were in children.

I need to know if this is normal and if/when I will have myself back.
Please help!

That’s not normal, and that’s not the worst of all, if you experienced hallucinations on Adderall, then you should get off it and not take stimulant medication at all.
