My friend does heroin. I only have given him money for it to keep him from selling his A$ $ , which he’s already done more than once. He agreed to go to a methadone clinic today, and I said I would help with transportation, or however I could. This morning I found out he did meth, something he hasn’t done in years, to help get off the dope- He was getting another (bag?) on the way home, saying he wouldn’t do heroin that day. I do not trust at all, and don’t think methamphetamine to a recovering meth head is a very appropriate solution to heroin addiction.

He needs more help than a methadone clinic, but is homeless. The resources are too broad, and overwhelming. Does anyone know of a program for someone like him in the Denver area? I don’t know what I’ll do for money already, and am looking for belongings I can sell.
