Are rehab centers obligated to report a nurse that seeks treatment?

I work in La. and have a problem with my own prescription pain meds. I was told by the Board of Nurses that the rehab center was obligated to report me to them, but my primary physician says this is not true. Anyone familiar with Louisiana law on this?
