Question by this is the best answer.: Are Ellen hopkin books bad for 12 year olds?
okay, so I read another question like this one, and it said no, but I’m 12 and I;ve read hthe 1st and 2nd one, and I don’t see why not.. tell me why not. I understand about the drugs and stuff,.. And the other question said We wouldn’t be able to connect to it. Seriously, why not. At school, they showed us a video of what crystal meth can do to you and stuff.. and we’re not mature enough to read a book that mentions it?!

I think “12 years olds” is too general of a category. I’m 13 and I’ve been reading more mature books like my whole life. It depends on your own maturity level. for some, i think it would be fine, for others, probably not. you just have to go with what you think you are mature enough to read.
