anyone knows an effective blood detox I could do at home for my buddy who’s recovering from drug abuse?

The drug is Crystal Meth and I don’t want to order from any stores nor call a clinic specilizing on that. I just want to help him out a little bit by suggesting something to drink, eat or maybe do to flush that bad substance out of his system
