Any low-cost drug rehabs in Pine Brook, New Jersey?

I would very much like to help a friend of mine who just got fired from his job because of his heroin addiction. Since he’s now out of a job, it would be hard for him to pay for the fees that a drug rehabilitation program will entail. How will I find a drug rehab for him– one that doesn’t cost much? Or maybe someone could give other alternatives…
