hey, im 16 years old. ive barely grown much, im only about 5’5 maybe 5’6 at most. im already quite short, but lately ive got into a personal habit of smoking, i always roll up tabacco when i get in from school as my mum isnt in, i only have one or two cigarettes, but i feel like its a need when i get in from school.. i wanna know

– DOES IT REALLY STUNT GROWTH? OR OLD WIFES TALE!!?
– I KNOW THT IT IS BAD FOR YOU AND I SHUDNT START, BUT I AM THE LEGAL AGE IN THE UK, so please dont remind me about the bad chemicals and stuff in it. i just wanna know if one or two cigs a day will stunt my growth? thanks.

Honestly, I think it’s an old wives tale because I have been smoking since I was 12 and no I an 18 and 6’1″ so I really don’t think you have anything to worry about.
