Alpine OKs sober-living homes without use permits
Alpine » Operators of a sober-living home won’t need the City Council’s blessing to locate here. The council voted Tuesday to approve an ordinance that declares group homes for disabled people — including recovering addicts — as permitted uses anywhere family homes are allowed.
