Alleged ‘teen hit man’ arrested in Mexico
CUERNAVACA, Mexico, Feb. 10 (UPI) — A San Diego-born teenager accused of being a hit man for a Mexican drug cartel has been charged in the killings of four men found decapitated in central Mexico.
