Alcoholism and other drug addictions have genetic as well as environmental causes. Alcoholism and drug addiction tend to run in families. Would you recommend or consider genetic testing for addictive behaviors? If so under what conditions would you recommend testing? If not why not?

no i wouldnt recommend testing only because yes it can be genetic but u have to think about it this way u have your own brain and if your parents and grandparents were drug or alcoholics doesnt mean your gonna do them or your brain think you have to do them nothing in this world should ever have that much control over you no matter what the case maybe i know im wrong in a way just as im right but its just my opinion and its a really good question too
