Question by Sexay as Hellz!: Alcoholism and being sexually abused as a kid. Connections?
Some people claim its a bunch of crap and others say it isnt. Got any supporting evidence one way or the other. Please help me!

I was sexually abused as a child and I have never ever drank any alcohol. The abuse was horrible and affected me in many ways but I never turned to alcohol as a solution to my problems. My abuse has led to depression but no alcohol problems for me. But I am sure that some people drink as a coping mecanism. Everyone copes in different ways.
