How come alcohol iz legal but marijuana izn’t? I don’t drink or smoke but I kno plenty of people who do it all the time. Alcohol iz more dangerous than marijuana even though both can get u intoxicated. And why izn’t their a rehab for marijuana, if u ask me aloooot of people would really beneit from something like that. Jus wonderin some more.

Marijuana is not legal due to the historical past of this country.
After the govt removed Prohibition on alcohol, the govt found there was no longer a need for all those federal agents. So they decided to re-organize them into the ATF which is today in charge.
Many people over the years have tried to get it legalized but so far it hasn’t worked.
It is strange that the govt taxes it and condones the use of alcohol, why, because many rich and famous people made their fortune in alcohol, like the Kennedy’s’ and others.
