Advice on Teen Meth Addiction?

Question by kaity94: Advice on Teen Meth Addiction?
I’m 17 years old and have been regularly using meth for about 5 months now. I can easily say that I am now an addict. I am trying to stop, and have tried a couple times to quit cold turkey. But, I seem to always give in and go back to using. You see, I am afraid to ask for help, and would much rather do this on my own. I just need advice on things like, what I could do to cut back on cravings, how to stop my money spending, etc? I just need to be pointed in the right direction so I can help myself without bringing the people around me into this. Please and thank you in advance.

You nee to cut ties with all your connect’s and bad influences. meth is hard to give up look for a local rehab. trying to do it yourself won’t work. or do a timeline where you were 5 yrs ago, where you are now, and where you see yourself 5 years from now. set personal goals create a to do list and buy a calendar.
