Addiction Heroin: Almost Once by Brett Whiteley (Part One)

“One man’s ending is another man’s beginning” Everything is good for you (if it doesnt kill) you, by Crowded House. The song best describes the motif, to me in the lyric it shows that it is life, the emotion of song may not have been written about this one piece but then again Brett (if he were alive today) would pin it down to a Bob Dylan lyric, maybe. Here I am outside Brett Whiteley’s final studio in Surry Hills, Nsw Australia. For fans of Brett and the ones still learning here is your first YOUTUBE video about the great man! The studio is now open to the public on Saturday and Sunday. The NEW studio book is also available at the gift shop! The studio opens at 10am and closes at 4pm. 2 Raper Street is a small lane so it is advised to travel by public transport as a car space may be a bit hard to find. Fans of Brett Whiteley should watch the films “Monkey Grip” Starring Noni Hazelhurst and “Travelling North” staring the late Leo McKern and Graeham Kennedy. Brett’s art makes an appearence and well its Australiana at its best! Gallery is free of charge as it is supported by JP Morgan! Heck, if only they bought my art! Enjoy the studio for yourself this weekend! Afterwards go for a coffee at one of the great Surry Hills cafes and make an afternoon of it, in style! Also check out my part two of this video blog. This is my most popular of my channel, second comes my Dani Sith Kirosawa think piece that comes a close second! *This is my own original and personal tribute. Do
