The methamphetamine problem in the Four States affects not only those who use it, it takes a toll on the most innocent victims as well. According to doctor’s at Freeman Hospital in Joplin babies are being born exposed to meth more than any other substance, including alcohol.

Norwich man gets 33 months in knifepoint car theft
A Norwich man with an admitted drug and alcohol addiction was sentenced today to 33 months in prison and three years probation for pulling a woman from her car at a Montville gas station and stealing her car at knifepoint.
