abdominal pain due to deep breaths?

Question by Eduardo: abdominal pain due to deep breaths?
I’m 21 years of age and Hispanic as well I’ve been drinking since i was 16. Well I started to feel allot of pain a year ago due to a combination of Ecstasy and alcohol but ever since then I haven’t mixed those two together. I get abdominal pain at the upper and lower right side from time to time. The pain will usually last for about 30 min or even less. I’ve been getting gassy also and I don’t know if that’s due to the food I eat or to the pain I’ve been feeling. My stomachs produce excessive acid and have problems sleeping at night. While receiving abdominal pain I put pressure on my stomach to sooth the pain. I tend to burp excessively. I eat healthier than before so can this new diet help relieve this pain? I’ve started to drink more water and have restrained myself from drinking soda caffeine but still choose to drink but not as much since I was 16. When I do drink I usually have a few shots of alcohol and get real drunk. I don’t smoke cigarettes but I have tried it. I smoke marijuana maybe once in a blue moon but that habit has left. When I do smoke weed I feel as if my lower right abdominal feels dry and begin to feel pain. I think I know what is wrong from what I wrote here but I need options to what I can do to relieve symptoms. Could it be possible I have ripped something inside of me or just strain it? I honestly need someone to shoot me some answers. I would appreciate ate you being straight forward with me and will be waiting for a response.
Thanks you for your time and wish that you have none of the problems as stated above.

Two suggestions:
1. Quit drinking alcohol
2. See a doc

If you find that you can’t totally quit the booze, or you quit the booze but replace it with smoking grass, then you may have “substance abuse” problem. Check out the Alcoholics Anonymous folks in your area. They can help you figure out if you you have ore than a physical problem.
