Question by sweetness: A Friend is Deaf and needs Intervention from Drugs, where can he go to get treatment?
Have called around to all the treatment centers but no one can tell me where he can go with his Deafness

Call someone from you loacal Assistive Technology Group, they may be able to help with resources, or just loaning equipment to access a Dr.
