At my state university, there is a 100% hiring faculty freeze, except for “qualified minorities” who can be hired even if there not a vacancy using “special” Federal funds through the Civil Rights office.

with affirmative action u are legally allowed to discriminate againts white men. this started in the 1960’s and the downfall of the usa. we dont hire the best person for the job anymore, usa should have a sign, white men need not apply
