Which diseases can cocaine relieve the symptoms of? For which diseases can cocaine be used as a painkiller (e.g. cancer)?

It’s only approved use is as a topical anesthetic for mucous membranes.

Many years ago it was an ingredient in a preparation called Brompton’s Cocktail. Used to treat pain in terminally ill patients.
