Advice for couples who both suffer from substance abuse and all its effects,long term & short?

Day by day. be there for each other and relay on each other rather than your drug of choice. If one falls off the wagon the other picks them up. And if it happens, don’t judge just start at day one again. every journey starts with a single step. the effects , whats in the past is the past. this a new start.
