Getting honest about my ED behavior, and other rantings

Hey guys. Hope you are doing well. Just wanted to tell you that I am going to the doc today to come clean about all my crap. I really hate doing this alone and I think its time to get my life back….really scared tho, I have never mentioned this to anyone really, its all so private. I am so scared that I am going to be to embarrased and ashamed to tell him about it. I wish that I could erase the last 12 yrs and then I would not have to go at all…….ya. It totally freaked me out that I met so many of the criteria and that I could answer yes to almost all of the questions. Sorry for all the rambling, I was so tired. And sorry for the stuttering, I didnt realize I was even doing it lol.
