to Detox or Rehab and is for the past three weeks waiting for this or that to go to an outpatient methadone clinic and still has not done it yet?
She keeps giving the case manager the run arounds and still nothing and it is so much liability to have her , pregnant and using so much.

I can’t imagine what to do under those circumstances. Get her arrested would be a start. Heroin use is illegal.
