I have all four games by LDW and able to refresh my statics in all of them but Virtual Villagers” A New Home” When I click refresh it says “Are You On Line? Unable to Refresh Statistics” or something like that. I have it checked to receive in my firewall and it use to work. Is anyone else having this problem and if so do you know why it is happening and what is LDW doing about it or what do I have to do to get it to refresh my stats?

Yes, I’m having the same problem so I contacted LDW about it to make sure that it wasn’t on my end.

According to someone with LDW, their server which supports the leaderboards (including the statistics we refresh on our specific games) and other parts of their website is down for the moment. They are working on the problem but they are unsure as to when they are going to be back up.

Usually, however, when they have issues with their server, it doesn’t take too long to have the issues resolved, maybe a day or two. I think that maybe the longest time I’ve ever seen the Leaderboards down was maybe a week and I think part of that time was so that they could weed out the cheaters that had made it on the Leaderboards.

I would suggest trying to refresh the stats maybe once or twice a day to find out whether the server is back up and running or not. Otherwise, if my memory decides to be nice to me, I will keep tabs on the server situation and let you know if something changes. (If my memory fails, I hold you to reminding me about my promise here.)
