Question by Joe: How do you get the administrator password on a Windows XP computer when the NTLDR is missing?
I know how to get into the XP Recovery Center on the CD, but I don’t know the password when I am selecting the Windows to recover.

You can overwrite that password with another password using this tool. I have used it and it works (I reset to blank, but you may not be able to use recovery console on a blank password)

BUT, if you have encryption, you loose that data.
