i really think there needs to be a child abuse awareness day, there isnt one – theres a “World Day for the Prevention of Child Abuse”, but i dont think its the same… prevention and awareness are two different things… and without awareness you cant have prevention… having an awareness day would encourage people to watch out for the signs of child abuse and neglect and report to athorities if they see something that doesnt seem right.

so, anyone know the steps i can take to make “National Child Neglect and Abuse Awareness Day” a reality?

you should tell the united nation then about this. I believe they are the ones who are in charge of making these days
