What are some good life skills to teach teenagers?

Question by Hungry Bear: What are some good life skills to teach teenagers?
I work for a drug and alcohol rehabilitation house for teens. Every Monday we work on life skills. I am struggling to come up with more ideas. What I have so far are:
Resume Building
How to Write a Good Cover Letter
Interviewing Techniques
How to Answer Tough Interview Questions
How to Write a Good College Application Essay
Creating and Managing a Budget

What other ideas do other people have?
We already do things like cooking, laundry and cleaning on a daily basis so I am looking for things that are more geared to being successful in the adult world.I appreciate all feedback.
Bear in mind that these kids have therapists that deal with their addiction and other emotional issues. I am just a residential mentor that is with them when they are not with their therapists.
