You can convince him to stop by doing a drug intervention. You can also try to talk to him and tell him of the things that heroin does to him. Do you know any friends of his that he’s really close to? Those who do not take heroin and would want him to stop his dependence upon the drug? You can talk to those friends of his and ask them to help you as well. Do your best to help him, but the most effort will have to come from himself. I have included links that have facts about heroin, maybe this can help him see that the drug isn’t going to do him any good.
