How does god choose which prayer to answer?

Question by Kennedy: How does god choose which prayer to answer?
There are millions of people in terrifying conditions across the globe, but a christian prays for help on a test and gets an A, or a christian’s grandma comes out of her coma after her church held a prayer vigil, why did god “help” these people and not the many who are starving, abused, and neglected?

we cant 2ndguess God. He does what is BEST for us at the time.
