Oro cops ‘receiving’ drug money
ANTI-NARCOTIC agents are having a hard time to fight the drug menace in Cagayan de Oro as some police officers are allegedly receiving payola from drug lords. This was according to City Councilors Edgar S. Cabanlas and Roger G. Abaday, who anchored their claims on a “blue book” seized by the agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) recently.
