Question by Siven608: can you get a random drug test if you don’t have a probation officer but are still in the program?
so my girlfriend is on probation right now and will be transferring from one side of the country to the other. since shes only got 2 month left in the program they wont be giving her a probation officer when she gets out here, all she will have to do is go to counseling and AA meetings. Will they still be allowed to show up at our house randomly and give her drug tests whenever they see fit? i dunno about you guys, but i don’t exactly like random visits from the police. thanks in advanced!

They will do what they want to when they want to. Just stay clean and dont worry about it.
