I want to recover my computer, but I want to keep everything I downloaded since the date I got my computer. I don’t want anything to be deleted. So which option should I be choosing? System Recovery and Factory Reset?

to keep – pick recovery
if you need all deleted pick factory reset but i would not do that unless advised to by a technician. this will wipe your entire computer everything will be gone except the things it came with
