even if the guy was the nicest guy? would you take that chance?

lets say meth,coke, pot, and drinking. had been a heavy user for many years. but clean for lets say 8 or 9 months. would you consider going out with him or her?

No, their chances of relapse after such a short time is very high. I would want 5 YEARS of sobriety to even consider going out with someone with that kind of past. Also, what diseases may have they picked up during the high times that may get passed on to you? Not with the chance!
