Question by Unknown: What should I do? Im STUCK?
Ok, to make a long story short … I’m a cutter … I’m 18yrs old and I started cutting in the 6th grade and stopped in the 8th … I have a really bad case of depression and It goes away and ALWAYS comes back … I had emotions and I rarely ever talk to anyone about anything, I much more of a “keep-it-to-myself” type of person.. I’m now a senior in High School and I havnt cut myself since the 8th grade … But about 5 days ago, I ruined it and Ive done it 3 times since then … I know this whole addiction thing and depression thing wont go away until I seek some sort of professional help. But I just cant seem to go and get it … Im scared, Embaressed .. and I have no idea what to Expect … I was wondering if anyone has gone through anything similar, or knows anyone who has gone through this. Im really stuck, I want it all to go away but what will happen when I get this “so called HELP” … What should I do, What should I even Say ….. I would love to hear some stories or maybe Words of wisdom … Thank You!!

But I know someone who can… go find a mirror. Look into it, and whoever you see in the mirror is who can help you.
