I have a friend, who used to be very smart. He was like a straight A student. When he started High School his freshmen year he was doing good in school but after the 2nd quarter, he turned to Marijuana, and he huffed Air Duster a few times. His grades began to drop from A’s and B’s to D’s and F’s.. not even C’s. After having a talk with him, he eventually stopped. He went through the whole summer without doing any drugs, but when he started his Sophomore year with all the confidence he had, he still kept getting D’s and F’s. He keeps saying he can’t focus, he goes completely blank, falls asleep, spaces out and even though he’s sober, and clear of all the THC, he still feels dumb. All I want to know is what would be the best solution to get him back to the way he was. I’m talking about anything that will help. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I’m serious, I want my friend back. Please don’t just answer this question with illogical responses just for points, because I need “HELP”.

Clearly your friend wasn’t that start to begin with…

Tell his parents. Get him arrested. Do something to get him out of the pattern.
