Question by kait: Is my nose damaged from past cocaine use?
so i used cocaine for about a year when i was younger around 3 years ago, i wanna say i did a pretty decent amount over that span. i don’t have a hole in my septum but i was wondering if there was any other visual symptoms i might possibly have.i dont have a runny or bloody nose ever. so i was wondering if there is any damage a doctor might find if they look up there

Most likely yes. The inside of your nose turns into, basically, what looks like hamburger.
