My X-girlfriend started cheating on me 9yrs ago. I found out and we had a BIG fight over it.She moved out with my son I had with her. She is a very vindective person and filed false charges. Saying I abused her other 2-sons. These charges were droped but she kept playing games each time I let her come back. (CPS-Charge wasRuledOut) (TerroresticThreat- ChargesDroped). She was Arested 2times for asulting me (charges droped).I Know I was STUPID but I love my son so much I kept leting her come back so I could just have a little more time with him! I relised it was wrong to put him through this so I ended letting her come back anymore got a lawyer, even paid for a court apponited laywer for her.She wouldn’t come to court to set visatation &childsuport, told her lawyer to tell judge that she wouldn’t follow any court orders, we droped this.Now 8yrs later she’s back wonts suport, will not let me see son,Useing same lies in court.Now I can’t Aford laywer,texas wont give law aid.Any Ideas HELP!

sounds like you have two issues. child support and visitation. if you have not been paying child support because you were not together, that was just stupid of you. Texas is one of the worst states for child support. Do you have any family or friends that can loan you the money? You really need a lawyer. I had a great one in San Antonio. Good luck
