Dorm-room bust: 2 students face drug charges in D.C.
A Georgetown University freshman and a friend from the University of Richmond appeared Wednesday in federal court and face charges of manufacturing an illegal drug. Charles Smith and John Perrone, 18-year-olds from a Boston suburb, were arrested over the weekend and released Wednesday into the custody of their fathers.
