Question by Kimberly M: what are the long term effects of the death of a parent at a very young age.?
My mom died when I was six years old of a drug overdose I am now 32 years old and still feel like i will neaver get over it i have been though drug addiction myself and feel like most of my prombles are from my mothers death I just dont think i have the answers i need and noone wants to talk about it i just want to know what are the long terms effects on someone that lost a parent at a very young age and how can i move on.

I believe you need some deep psychiatric help. @ 32 you are still trying to blame her actions for your problems & that’s not the answer. Please seek professional mental health physicians*
