Probration and rehab question.?

Question by Twins Due 7-22-10: Probration and rehab question.?
My husband is on probration for drug addiction he will not be given a felony if he stays in rehab for a year(he will get in lue of treatment) which will take the felony charge away since he has never been in trouble before in his life. He relapsed this past week, and told his rehab(outpatient) and they upped his meds. My question is can his dr. report his dirty pee test to his probation officer. Thanks

Yes of course he will because that is his job but if hedoes not know about his probation officer then maybe he won’t
