Is there any product to help “brighten” a dull/faded painted spot on a 2002 Camry?

Question by HH: Is there any product to help “brighten” a dull/faded painted spot on a 2002 Camry?
I think it is from the sun, or maybe lack of polish, but I have a spot on my back upper side near the trunk that is quit a bit liter. (Car is a dark blue). Is there anything that I can buy to try to help bring the color back out in that area? Please only helpful answers. Thanks!
The spot in on the top portion of the trunk on one side. So, on the upper back quadrant, above the tire and next to the trunk. 😉 thanks…

generally you can buff the paint back out, i would suggest if your not familiar with this you take it to a body shop they will probably only charge you 40-50 bucks to buff it out and its worth the money that is if its a painted bumper they can do that if its just a plastic un painted bumper they will also know what to do
