Idea of Sin.?

Question by Lexicon: Idea of Sin.?
For me and in my experience sin is a path way to slavery. For example in my life alcohol was like a medication to me yet I knew it was also a sin and shortly it destroyed my life a bit at a time. Soon this “sin” became an addiction that I fight with every day. The same thing is true with sexual sins. They to became an “addiction” so it’s really true that sin is like “the chains of hell” they truthfully do enslave some times. Does any one else feel the same way about sins?

The bible says we are kind of enslaved by our sinful nature, and it’s Christ who sets us free.
So I guess what your saying can be true.
